At the end of the course there is a module labeled "Personal Information Submission". You will have a chatroom there to chat with our AI assistant. Our AI assistant will ask you a series of questions to collect the required information from you so that we can submit your information to the FMCSA. Once your information is submitted to us please allow up to 24 hours for submission before reaching out to us. It can take up to 24 hours for us to submit your score to the FMCSA database as all submissions are submitted manually.
