Our web development process flow, so you know what to expect and when.
IMMEDIATELY:
1.You complete a questionnaire that gives us an idea of what you are looking for.
2.We review your questionnaire and then setup a consultation with you within 2-7 days after questionnaire was completed.
3.We will complete a web-based video chat consultation to provide quotation, discuss details, clarify your project and collect the initial non-refundable deposit that is due to start & secure your project.
NOTE: Projects are completed in the order in which the deposits are received and are first come, first serve. Projects are not completed in the order in which they are received. It another client pays their deposit before yours, their project will be started first and your project may be delayed.
WITHIN 1 WEEK OF CONSULT & INITIAL DEPOSIT:
1.We will start planning and initial development.
2.We will setup a project site so that you can keep track of the design of your site and we will use that project site for ALL communication for your project. Details will be emailed to you.
WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS OF INITIAL DEVELOPMENT (at 2-3 weeks of progress):
1.We will send you a screenshot of the initial homepage, so you can see how things are looking.
DURING ENTIRE PROJECT DURATION:
1.We will follow up with you by a message on the project website, every 3-5 business days to keep in touch with you and let you know that we are still actively working on your project and update you with progress.
2.Any changes requested may increase your project and your final balance due.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO PROJECT COMPLETION (typically 3-7 weeks of progress):
1.We will setup another video consultation prior to the project completion to make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your project.
2.We will also collect the remaining balance that is due on your project during this period as we come to a close on your project.
3.We will finalize the last minor changes / updates.
UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT (typically 4-8 weeks of progress):
1.We will send you a final completion message to let you know the project is complete and is being closed.
2.We will then close your project website and mark your project as complete.
3.Any changes needed after the project is closed will be billable.
4.Your website will be published for public online viewing.
This flow may change with or without notice. This is a typical outline and each project may be vary depending on various different scenarios and circumstances.
